Zero Incidents. One Mission.
At McKee, safety isn’t a program—it’s a promise. A commitment we live by every day, on every jobsite, with every technician.
We believe that even one incident is one too many. That’s why our culture is grounded in accountability, preparation, and prevention, not reaction. Our team is trained to take ownership of their safety and the safety of those around them, with the authority to stop any task that doesn’t meet our standards.
Everyone at McKee, from the executive team to the field techs, plays a role in building and sustaining a zero-incident workplace. Our safety success starts with thorough onboarding and continues with continuous education, rigorous field protocols, and leadership support.
We invest in ongoing training, the proper protective equipment, and operational discipline so our people can do their best work without taking risks.
